All the hotels we were at had these. I was just happy because it was one of the first japanese signs where I could read pretty much the entire thing and understand it, although there's an english translation on the back. It basically says "Massages, 30 mins for 3000 yen (about $26 US)" The bottom line threw me off, You have to do something at the front desk and it involves 9. English translation said something like "call front desk from (some time range)"
